BWT won a tender from The City of Westminster to refurbish a commercial shop unit throughout in Church Street Marylebone. The project will involved the reconfiguration of walls and ceilings, installing glass partitions, as well as kitchen fitting and disabled adaptation to toilet facilities.
The project was estimated to take 6 weeks but our efficient schedule allowed us to reduce the finish to within 4 weeks. We had regular site visits with our client with 100% positive feedback on quality & craftsmanship.
A disused formal bike repair shop was choose as the new location for the requested offices. BWT electrical/ Builders were given the task to carry out the requested refurbishment.
An agreed programme of seven week was given to carry out the works.
Works were completed ahead of schedule by BWT and to a high standard. Please see below comments from our client regarding their performance on this project.
"BWT site foreman Neil and his team were very professional throughout the project. They kept health and safety to a very high standard and worked hard to ensure that the project was completed not only ahead of time but to a very high standard.
I would highly recommend this team for future projects.
Many thanks for all your efforts in completing this project ahead of programme and I have been asked to convey to you the best wishes of the Client, WCC, who have today have taken possession of the building and are extremely pleased with the standard of workmanship."
